k9999 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan

1. Introduction

Welcome to k9999. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the k9999 platform, which includes the website at k9999.world, any associated mobile applications, and all games, betting markets, and services made available through the platform. By creating an account or using any part of k9999, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

k9999 is designed and operated specifically for players in Pakistan. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k9999 supports local payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa or Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

These terms are written in plain, direct English because we believe our players deserve to understand what they are agreeing to. If any section is unclear, our support team is available around the clock to explain it. Using k9999 after the date these terms were published means you have read, understood, and agreed to everything in this document. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

• You must not have been previously self-excluded from k9999 or had a k9999 account closed for violations of these terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of k9999, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan.

4. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one k9999 account at any time. Creating multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices – is strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide your real name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid mobile phone number registered in Pakistan, a valid email address, and a date of birth. The information you provide must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You are responsible for notifying k9999 support if any of your registration details change.

k9999 conducts identity verification in accordance with standard KYC requirements. When your account reaches withdrawal thresholds or when k9999 has reason to verify your identity, you will be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC and may be asked for additional documentation. k9999 uses all verification data solely for compliance purposes and does not share it with third-party advertisers.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your k9999 account login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances. k9999 will never ask you for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or phone.

If you have any reason to believe that your k9999 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately. k9999 will suspend account access upon request pending investigation. You will not be held liable for activity that demonstrably occurred after you notified us of an unauthorised access incident, provided you cooperate fully with our investigation.

The minimum deposit on k9999 is Rs 200. There is no upper limit on single deposits, although large deposits may trigger additional verification steps as required by our compliance procedures. k9999 does not charge any fees on deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, or SadaPay. Bank IBFT transfers may be subject to fees charged by your bank independently of k9999.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your k9999 account balance instantly. Bank IBFT transfers are credited when the funds are received, which typically occurs within the same banking day during business hours. k9999 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and match your k9999 account identity.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts or by a third party on your behalf are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• k9999 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if it cannot be attributed to the verified account holder.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from k9999 are processed exclusively in PKR to payment methods registered in the same name as your verified k9999 account. Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within normal business hours for IBFT bank transfers. k9999 does not charge any processing fee on withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal from k9999 is Rs 500. Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, k9999 may require identity verification to be completed. Unverified accounts will be limited to the deposit amount equivalent as a maximum withdrawal until verification is complete.

• Real-money balances and verified bonus winnings are withdrawable at any time subject to any applicable wagering requirements being met.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering cycle are not withdrawable and will be forfeited if a withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance is requested before bonus wagering is complete.
• k9999 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing by up to five working days in cases where additional verification is required or where there is reasonable suspicion of account activity that requires investigation.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be matched to a verified payment account in the player's name will be declined and may trigger an account review.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

k9999 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions when you opt in to a promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion.

Each k9999 bonus is only available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts or different identities constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being voided.

• k9999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Players found to be placing low-risk or arbitrage bets for the sole purpose of completing bonus wagering requirements may have their bonus cancelled and associated winnings voided.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited without compensation.
• Cashback offers and reload bonuses are subject to the same general bonus principles unless their specific terms state otherwise.

9. Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting at k9999 – including PSL, Premier League football, Champions League, esports, and all other markets – is subject to these general betting rules and to the specific sport rules published in the sports betting section of the platform.

• Bet acceptance: A sports bet is not accepted until you receive a bet reference number and it appears in your bet history. k9999 reserves the right to refuse any bet before confirmation without providing a reason.
• Odds: The odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. If odds change between selection and confirmation, you will be shown the new odds and given the option to accept or decline.
• Void bets: A bet is voided and the stake returned if a match is abandoned before the required minimum play time, if a market is settled in error and subsequently corrected, or if a bet was placed using odds that were clearly and demonstrably incorrectly published due to a technical error.
• Abandoned matches: For football, a match must complete at least 90 minutes to be valid for settlement unless the bet market relates specifically to earlier periods. • In-play betting: In-play odds and markets reflect the live state of the match. k9999 is not responsible for differences between the in-play odds displayed and a player's assessment of the match situation. Bets placed on in-play markets are subject to a brief acceptance delay.
• Maximum payouts: Single bet maximum payouts and accumulator maximum payouts are displayed on the bet slip. k9999 reserves the right to limit or decline bets on any market at its discretion.

10. Casino & Games

k9999's casino section includes live dealer games, jackpot slots, poker, Ludo, and other digital games. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness and randomness. The RNG produces outcomes that are statistically uniform and that no player or k9999 employee can predict or influence.

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is displayed within the game information screen. Live dealer game house edges are consistent with standard international casino mathematics. k9999 does not manipulate game outcomes to prevent specific players from winning, and all players have equal access to the published mathematical odds of each game.

• Ludo game results are determined by a certified RNG dice mechanism. k9999 does not employ any manual intervention in Ludo game outcomes.

11. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

k9999 is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that automates gameplay, betting decisions, or interactions with the k9999 platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in published odds, or technical malfunctions to place bets or make wagers that would not be available under normal platform operation.
• Coordinating with other players to guarantee a shared outcome in any multiplayer game or to unfairly influence any other game result.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times or to circumvent account limits, bet limits, or self-exclusion measures.
• Placing bets intended to reverse-engineer k9999's risk management systems or to accumulate guaranteed profit through systematic low-risk play.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using k9999 in any way that facilitates money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false identity information, forged documents, or impersonating another person at any stage of registration or verification.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing k9999 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

k9999 actively monitors account activity for indicators of the above conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, k9999 reserves the right to void relevant bets, withhold winnings, close accounts, and report activity to relevant authorities where legally required. 12. Responsible Gaming

The following self-limitation tools are available to all k9999 account holders at any time through the account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit over any daily, weekly, or monthly period. Deposit limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss you are willing to accept over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, k9999 will prevent further real-money play until the period resets.

• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for any single session, after which you will be logged out automatically.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

Where an account is closed for a verified violation, k9999 may void all or part of the account balance. Where an account is closed without a verified violation – for example, at k9999's operational discretion – any real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file after any pending wagering obligations are resolved.

14. Limitation of Liability

k9999's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the real-money balance held in their verified account at the time a claim arises. k9999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, loss of data, or economic loss of any kind, even if k9999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

k9999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or disruptions caused by third-party services including payment providers, internet service providers, or data centres are outside k9999's direct control. k9999 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

15. Privacy & Data

k9999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating a k9999 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

k9999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the k9999 platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or marketing platforms. 16. Changes to These Terms

Nothing in these terms removes or restricts any statutory rights you hold as a consumer under Pakistani consumer protection law. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
